Simba Evara Ft Cheni Boy – Hanitaki

Track Notes & Overview

Simba Evara and Cheni Boy’s Bongo Flava track, Hanitaki, formally dropped on September 13, 2026, out of Tanzania, mapping the bitter reality of one-sided affection. The song mirrors the heavy fatigue that settles in when you realize your partner simply won't meet you halfway, capturing that specific moment where hope finally turns into cold clarity.

The steady, grounded rhythm mirrors this frustration, providing a stable backdrop for vocals that shift between desperate pleas and eventual weary resignation. Production choices keep the focus tight on their internal conflict, allowing the arrangement to feel as exhausted and worn out as the narrative itself.

Core Meaning: The song explores the quiet exhaustion of pouring your heart into a connection where the other person refuses to engage.
