Plannet – Mwingine

Track Notes & Overview

That sharp, rhythmic percussion snap hitting early on defines the pace of Mwingine, the latest Bongo Flava cut from Tanzanian artist Plannet, made available on October 12, 2026. It sets a steady, restless motion that mirrors the uneasy feeling of suddenly finding yourself on the outside of a relationship you thought was secure.

Plannet keeps his vocal delivery grounded, choosing a weary honesty over dramatic flair to map out the messy reality of being replaced. The synths occasionally swirl to fill the gaps, but the steady drum pattern anchors the track, pushing forward even when the confusion of a sudden breakup makes standing still seem like the only option left.

Core Meaning: A candid look at the cold confusion that follows being replaced in a relationship.
